The Graduate Certificate in Business Administration program is designed to expand the knowledge and broaden the usefulness of business professionals. It is accredited by the Adventist Accrediting Association (AAA).

Admission Requirements

  1. Hold a four-year baccalaureate degree or its equivalent.
  2. Demonstrate English proficiency (see Admission Prerequisites).


  1. The Certificate requires 21 semester hours of coursework from the Business Department.
  2. Complete the service learning requirements.


The curriculum of the Graduate Certificate in Business Administration is made up of 21 semester hours of coursework as explained below. To be awarded the certificate the student must satisfactorily meet the following requirements:

BUAD 615 Marketing Management (3 units)
BUAD 691 Strategic Management (3 units)
LEAD 610 Biblical Foundations of Leadership and Ethics (3 units)
MGMT 610 Organizational Behavior (3 units)
Electives  9 units
  Three ACCT/BUAD/BUIT/ECON/FNCE/MGMT (3 units for each)
