Course Outcomes

Upon completion of this course, the students will be able to:

  1. Develop the Project Integration Report and the Integrated Change Control.
  2. Demonstrate knowledge of project scope management and apply skills to plan project scope, verify deliverables, and control scope changes effectively.
  3. Apply knowledge of project schedule management and use scheduling skills to define and sequence activities, estimate durations, develop the project schedule, and control schedule performance.
  4. Execute project resource and cost management knowledge to plan resources, estimate and budget project costs, and control cost performance effectively.
  5. Implement project risk management knowledge to plan, identify, analyze, respond to, and monitor project risks effectively.
  6. Employ project communication and team management knowledge to plan communications, distribute information, report performance, and manage the project team efficiently.
  7. Implement project performance knowledge to monitor time, develop an earned value system, prepare status reports, and forecast the final project cost accurately.

With extensive global teaching and leadership experience, he is passionate about making finance understandable and practical, helping learners connect academic knowledge with real-world challenges and opportunities.

LEROY RUHUPATTY, PhD


Dr. Leroy Ruhupatty is an alumnus of the Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies (AIIAS) and is currently pursuing a PhD in New Testament Studies. With a deep passion for Scripture, his academic interests center on biblical theology, hermeneutics, and the study of biblical languages, reflecting his commitment to careful interpretation and faithful scholarship. Through his studies and research, he seeks to contribute meaningfully to the understanding and teaching of the New Testament within the church and the broader academic community.


He is married to Jenevah Talose Paglinawan, the AIIAS School Nurse, whose ministry of compassionate care beautifully complements his academic calling. Together, they are blessed with three wonderful children—Chesed Mayin, Ekhad Qedem, and Nika Thlipsis—who bring great joy and inspiration to their family life.
