  • Payment may be made by sending a Credit Memo from the student’s local Union or Division office to AIIAS. AIIAS will honor the payment upon receipt of the Credit Memo from the Southern Asia-Pacific Division office. Take note that this process may take a month or more to reach AIIAS.
  • Payment may be made by Credit Card at the General Conference headquarters office by sending an email to Linda Alinsod or, or by Fax to 301-680-5011 in the United States, or by regular mail to Linda Alinsod at 12501 Old Columbia Pike, Silver Spring, MD 20904-6600, USA with the following information: Purpose of money transfer: “Payment to AIIAS for admission fee/deposits”
  1. Full name of the student
  2. Full name of Credit Cardholder as it appears on the Credit Card
  3. Full billing address for the Credit Card
  4. Phone number of Credit Cardholder
  5. E-mail address of Credit Cardholder, if available
  6. The Credit Card Number
  7. The expiration date on the Credit Card
  8. The amount in US dollars (Due to the string length allowed on the credit card statement, the payee will be listed as “General Conference of”)
  9. Notify when you send the request to the General Conference office.
  10. AIIAS will honor payment when it appears on the statement of AIIAS at the General Conference office. This account is monitored on-line daily by the AIIAS business office.

NOTE: The student will receive an acknowledgment of payment when the money is received at the AIIAS Business Office. Please take note that when wire transferring, there is a bank charge from the bank when receiving the money at our side.
